# cliiip permissions

cliiip is a private clipboard-history app for Mac that helps users find copied content again while controlling what is saved.

## Ordinary use

Ordinary clipboard history, search and Copy actions do not require Post Events authorisation.

## Dedicated Capture and One-Action Paste

After an explicit user action, Dedicated Capture can send Command-C and optional One-Action Paste can send Command-V. macOS may show the required Post Events authorisation under Accessibility. cliiip does not request Input Monitoring for these features.

Without Post Events authorisation, ordinary history, search and Copy actions remain available. One-Action Paste falls back to copying the selected clip.
