Short version: cliiip is a productivity utility for managing clipboard history on a Mac. It does not provide entertainment content, social features, advertising, or an unrestricted web browser.
Product purpose
cliiip stores supported clipboard items that the user chooses to copy or capture. Users can search, pin, copy, preview, organise, and delete their own clipboard items.
Content supplied with the app
cliiip does not include or curate violence, sexual content, profanity, horror, references to drugs or alcohol, gambling, contests, dating content, or other mature editorial material.
It does not include chat, public posting, social networking, multiplayer features, or other mechanisms for interacting with content created by other users.
User-controlled clipboard content
cliiip can display text, images, and file references that a user has copied from other applications. The suitability of this private clipboard content depends on what the user chooses to copy.
cliiip does not source, recommend, publish, or distribute clipboard content to other cliiip users. Clipboard history is not publicly visible or shared with other cliiip users.
Online interaction and advertising
cliiip does not provide:
- An account or cloud clipboard sync.
- Public profiles, messaging, or social feeds.
- cliiip-hosted user content sharing.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking.
- An unrestricted web-browsing experience.
