What to include
To help us understand the issue, please include:
- Your diagnostics report. Open the Help page in cliiip, choose Copy Diagnostics, and paste the report into your email.
- A brief description of what happened and what you expected.
- The steps that led to the issue, if you can reproduce it.
Keep sensitive information private
Please don’t email passwords, API keys, private clipboard contents or other confidential information. A description of the issue is usually enough to get started.
